• New Construction with Hospitality Cleaning, will perform three key stages of cleaning to ensure newly built homes are move-in ready.

First stage begins with the rough clean which occurs before carpet installation. The scope of work includes removing debris and stickers, and thoroughly cleaning windows (inside, outside, and frames). Second stage is the final clean, where once the home is nearly completed, you will remove protective materials such as film and cardboard, then clean windows and floors to present a move-in-ready appearance. Third stage is the reclean and happens just before the owner moves in, focusing on final touch-ups, including re-cleaning windows, to ensure the home meets the highest standards of cleanliness.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experienced in construction cleaning and safety Familiar with the right cleaning products, tools, and techniques Strong communication skills Committed to delivering high-quality results Dependable Deadline-focused Able to handle multiple weekly construction cleaning projects Physical & Other Requirements Lift up to 45 pounds Smart Phone Provide own cleaning equipment Carry current auto insurance or be willing to obtain (We add you to ours insurance for small deduction) Pass a background check Hold a valid driver’s license Maintain reliable transportation
