The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials. Operate hand and power tools as directed by supervisors. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately. Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
