This hands-on role involves basic construction, hardware installation, and maintenance of equipment.

Field Service Technician Qualifications:
1+ years of construction and/or technician experience (electrical experience is a plus) Valid Class C Driver’s License (forklift certification is a plus) Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and Ethernet terminations Proficiency with construction, safety rules, and maintenance Experience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilities
Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers, on-site customers, contractors, and other technicians Read blueprints for civil works needed for site preparation Manage in-market subcontractors and oversee all trade work processes Assist in the installation and maintenance of technology hardware Conduct inventory management of technology hardware and company tools Execute civil works for site preparation using appropriate equipment Coordinate installation activities, perform maintenance, minor construction and troubleshoot Follow safety protocols and company policies
Field Technician Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read technical manuals and instructions Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment. Pass background check and drug screen
Additional Information:
This position requires approximately 75% travel and some weekends. The role involves exposure to outside working environments, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and moderate to high noise levels.
