As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to support our carpenters and project managers across multiple job sites.

• Position Overview:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to various new home construction and remodeling projects.

From the start of a project to final punch list completion, you will collaborate closely with our project managers and company owner to ensure the successful execution of each project. The role encompasses all aspects of residential construction, including supporting carpenters, material procurement, job site cleanliness , and some client interaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with various tasks including framing, trim work, and installations Pick up, transport, and organize construction materials Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized throughout the day Perform light drywall repairs and basic patching work Support project managers with on-site tasks and logistics Drive company vehicle for errands, deliveries, and material pickups Maintain and organize our offsite storage facility Manage and track company tool inventory, ensuring tools are available and in good working order •

Qualifications:

• Prior experience on construction sites preferred but not required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-sufficiency and a proactive approach to task management Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules •
