The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Duties Assist in the construction and demolition of structures, including residential and commercial buildings. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed on the job site. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Help with site preparation, including digging trenches, mixing concrete, and setting up scaffolding. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
