Responsibilities Include:
Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, caulking, priming). Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Work on residential, commercial, and government properties. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, following company and OSHA standards. Assist with job site setup, material transport, and general labor. Inspect finished work for quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong work ethic; willingness to learn (experience a plus, not required). Basic painting technique/surface prep knowledge (preferred). Ability to use painting tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers). Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various environments. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and company policies. Reliable transportation to job sites. Must provide basic tools.
