The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for building and remodeling projects. This role involves working on various construction sites, assisting in the completion of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our projects. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the process. Responsibilities Assist with remodeling projects, including residential spaces Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements. Utilize power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Perform various pool construction activities Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with reading drawings is beneficial. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools effectively. Experience with concrete, electrical, and labor is beneficial. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.
