Job Responsibilities:
– Assist onsite supervisor and operators to ensure project completion according to plans. – Perform general labor tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Schedule:
Work 5-7 days per week, with flexible scheduling options (OT provided for any hours worked after 40 hours): Option 1: 5 days per week Option 2: 6 days per week Option 2: 7 days per week Shifts are 10-12 hours long, typically during nighttime hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required. Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
