The Construction Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing job estimates and overseeing multiple projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating & Bidding:

Analyze blueprints and specifications. Conduct quantity takeoffs. Secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare material and labor estimates. Develop bids for construction projects. Cultivate relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Streamline the bid coordination process. Review and finalize bids.

Project Management:

Plan and develop projects. Oversee multiple construction projects. Implement and maintain project schedules. Control project budgets and finances. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to project timelines. Maintain quality and safety standards. Manage contracts and project documentation. Provide customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in construction estimating and project management. Expertise in construction procedures, materials, budgeting, and best practices. Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and project management software (e.g. Procore, Build Connect, PlanHub, etc.) Communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
