Role:

This job description outlines the role of a Customer Inquiry Administrator, who is responsible for managing the distribution of incoming customer inquiries and creating corresponding opportunities in the ERP system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong coordination and communication skills to ensure smooth RFQ processing and fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct an administrative review of customer-issued request for quotes
Input received request for quotation and leads from internal and external customers in our ERP System
Assign request for quote utilizing distribution matrix
Collaborate with sales and Application Engineers to coordinate customer request fulfillment
Field incoming national 800 # phone calls
Supporting all the functions and responsibilities of the central

Customer Sales Support Team Minimum Qualifications:

Must work on-site in a lab

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of data entry and customer service experience
Familiarity with government contractual review processes

Knowledge and Skills:

Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and follow-through ability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow specific process instructions and work within well-defined procedures
Capable of handling semi-routine tasks while recognizing when deviations are necessary
