Construction Superintendent Key Concepts LLC Springdale, AR 72762 Key Concepts LLC is a builder in Northwest Arkansas. Our office is located in Springdale. Key Concepts are hiring a superintendent to help manage onsite project labors and subcontractors, to complete projects safely and within deadline. The superintendent will monitor all work before, during, and after a project to manage quality control. As a superintendent you will be expected to analyze and interpret all construction documents and make decisions to resolve project issues. This position consists of typical Monday-Friday working hours and may periodically require weekends, or after-hours work, depending on the project and circumstance. Essential duties/responsibilities Valid driver’s license Will be be reporting to our project manager Must be able to clearly communicate by verbal, written, or electronic means to all members of the team. Demonstrated leadership skills and strategies for organizing all scopes people, materials, tools, and equipment to manage to project successfully Have a good working knowledge of all project documents, including specifications, plans, submittals, subcontractors, shop drawings, and any other project related document. Coordinate all required field inspections and maintain the inspection log Plan and direct construction activities on the building site Schedule all involved subcontractors for each phase of development and construction Approves work being performed by subcontractors and handle any related issues Maintains a safe work site by implementing safety requirements and good housing regulations, enforcing safe habits, observing OSHA. personal/professional relationship Represent the company and yourself with a positive and professional attitude at all times Must be able to work well with all parties involved in a project Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate with the project team, project owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve positive results Physical demands/working conditions Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include, heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc. Able to access all areas of a job site including stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc. Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, crawling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc. Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 50lbs.
