The Construction Superintendent will be leading large-scale multifamily projects, including both ground-up construction and high-end interior fit-outs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team with a strong pipeline of projects and long-term stability. Position Overview As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of complex multifamily construction sites. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee on-site operations for large-scale ground-up and fit-out multifamily projects. Coordinate and supervise all field activities and subcontractor work. Enforce project timelines, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Monitor progress and provide daily and weekly updates to project management teams. Conduct site meetings, manage inspections, and resolve on-site issues as they arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site at all times. Qualifications Several years of superintendent experience in multifamily construction (ground-up and fit-outs). Proven ability to manage large-scale construction sites from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, OSHA safety standards, and local building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with construction management tools and technology.
