Role:

As Project Superintendent, you’ll oversee all field operations for commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M. Reporting to a Project Executive, you’ll be responsible for schedule management, field supervision, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities and manage field personnel and subcontractors Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations Oversee site documentation including daily logs, production tracking, and budget adherence Foster a positive jobsite culture and ensure strong communication between all project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects ($5M-$30M range preferred) Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes OSHA 30 certification and valid CSL license required Proven ability to maintain project schedules and budgets Experience working with Procore, Bluebeam, and Oracle (OPC) or other scheduling software Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites in the region
