Commercial Construction Superintendent Requirements:
2 + Years of Construction Management, or Project Management, and/or Construction Superintendent/ Site Supervisor Experience required Pro Core Experience required Ability to read Blueprints / Technical Documentation required Health Care Building / Construction Experience Highly Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Willing to travel to job sites throughout Connecticut required
Commercial Construction Superintendent Rewards:

Commercial Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
Managing on-site construction operations for commercial projects across Connecticut Projects mainly consist of healthcare, municipal, industrial, and retail projects Responsible for overseeing daily field activities, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification Monitor projects to identify and manage changes in schedule and scope. Enforce and monitor SPE’s safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Monitor proper testing and recording of all materials according to specifications. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
