This candidate is responsible for managing on-site constructionactivities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, withinbudget, and according to quality and safety standards. Theycoordinate subcontractors, oversee site safety and compliance, andsolve issues to keep the project running smoothly day-to-day.

Description Manage and supervise all on-siteconstruction activities. Ensure projects are completed according toschedule, specifications, and budget. Coordinate subcontractors,vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with localbuilding codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of thejob site to ensure quality control and resolve issues as theyarise. Maintain project documentation, including daily logs,progress reports, and material tracking. Communicate regularly withthe Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates onprogress and address any concerns. Lead job site meetings withsubcontractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to review schedulesand work plans. Profile 7 years of experience as a ConstructionSuperintendent overseeing large commercial or residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safetyregulations. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors andworkforces on a busy construction site. Excellent leadership,communication, and organizational skills. Ability to readblueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Proficiency inconstruction management software is a plus. Strong problem-solvingabilities and the capability to think on your feet to resolve jobsite challenges.
