REQUIRED

experience with ground-up construction lending Sizing and managing construction lending for C-PACE and full-stack real estate financing transactions, preferably with a commercial mortgage back securities CMBS lender, investment bank or brokerage. Strong knowledge of rating agency criteria, credit policy, and entire capital stack Experience with rating agency, GSE, or energy finance lending a plus Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manage and interact with stakeholders of sustainable finance and commercial real estate construction industry throughout the US Conduct opportunity evaluation and detailed analysis of legal, loan and financial documents to understand risks, concerns and a property’s capital structure Analyze due diligence, manage process and drive transaction to closing. Draft financial models for approvals and investment committee No remote. Position is full-time located in Stamford CT.
