Construction Project Manager Collins Construction Consulting, LLC Apopka, FL 32703 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Area Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. This job will require travel to several locations throughout Central & Southern Florida. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in construction project management with overseeing Superintendents & moving projects forward. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Knowledge of reading blueprints for residential & commercial building. Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Supervising Superintendents & Sub-Contractors on-site. Communicate project status updates to management, sub-contractors, and customers regularly to ensure budget management is being met. Obtains all regulations & permits needed for each job. Estimate labor requirements for projects. Develop or implement quality control to meet safety requirements. Ensuring weekly reports are complete. Implement Change Order Management processes to handle any alterations in project direction or scope. Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field. Familiarity with blueprints. Strong understanding of Requirements Management, Scope Management, Change Management, and Project Planning methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability in Technical Writing for creating comprehensive project documentation. Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
