Membership Manager 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 10000 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31406 This role will focus on members at the site location and ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. This is an account manager role for all members at the site. This person will drive membership retention with a strong focus on reducing the churn and driving new memberships to build a positive net member rate at the site. They will be the membership experts on site from a customer perspective and from a corporate data perspective. Supervisory Responsibilities No direct responsibility, but may need to step in a time to help open, close or manage the site to cover SM or ASM shifts. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or Equivalent 3+ Years Supervisory/leadership experience 3+ Years sales and/or customer service experience in car washing and/or related field Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
