Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture Minimum 6 years of design/build construction experience Coordinate and direct cross-functional project teams including design, estimating, purchasing, engineering, and construction Manage master project schedules, ensuring timely decisions and procurement Foster strong client and internal team relationships to ensure successful project execution Oversee project financials, including payments, cash flow, and buyout processes Ensure compliance with quality, safety, insurance, and labor standards Apply deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, cost control, and scheduling Provide regular project updates to management and participate in business unit assignments as needed
Salary:
$110,000 – $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
