This role requires someone who can manage the full site development lifecycle while collaborating across teams and keeping everything on schedule and budget. Duties Manage all aspects of land and site development for new residential communities Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and pre-development planning Prepare, track, and manage project budgets and development schedules Coordinate with internal teams including homebuilding, construction, and purchasing Collaborate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and local municipalities Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Skills 5+ years of experience in land development or site development Strong Experience of feasibility studies, budgeting, and construction processes Knowledge in homebuilding or residential construction industry Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
