Superintendent – Cape Cod / Falmouth / Plymouth Area 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Falmouth, MA 02540 A well-established builder with a strong pipeline of large, ground-up projects across the Cape is looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to help lead upcoming work in the Falmouth/Plymouth region. These are complex commercial and institutional builds—not small renovations—so they’re looking for someone who’s comfortable managing all aspects of a jobsite from day one through closeout. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing field operations for large-scale, ground-up projects—typically in the $20M-$50M+ range Coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and keeping everything moving according to schedule Serving as the main point of contact on site for owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors Working closely with the PM team to problem-solve and keep projects on track Who they’re looking for: A Superintendent with solid experience running full-scale commercial or institutional projects Someone who takes ownership of the site and leads with clarity, consistency, and accountability Strong communication and coordination skills—comfortable working with both field teams and client reps Cape experience is a plus, but not required Why this role?
