Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure. Develop project schedules and timelines using construction management software. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Review schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements and constraints. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity on the construction site. Prepare and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Utilize Civil 3D for design analysis and project visualization. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress using Prolog or similar tools. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to address any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
