Description Manage day-to-dayfield activities. Maintain strong business relationships withmuncipalities for potential future business. Handle the schedulingof all on-site inspections as needed on job sites. Review all bidsfor work. Supervise the inspection of work. Ensure all propersignage is posted on the construction job site. Work with jobinvestors maintaining a professional attitude. Keep both daily andweekly construction work logs. Supervise/coordinate allconstruction activities on site. Ensure good time managementthroughout the project cycle. Lead the team with appropriateconstruction project planning and developing site logistics. Reviewblueprints. Profile 5 years of relevant experience as aConstruction Superintendent. Bachelor’s degree preferred(Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering).Proficient in reviewing and understanding all constructiondocuments including specifications and drawings. Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite. OSHA certification. New construction andground-up experience. Excellent written and oral communicationskills. Leadership experience managing a large team.
