With a strong portfolio and a team of dedicated professionals, we are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction efforts from concept through completion.

Job Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage subcontractors, interact with clients, and lead project teams to deliver outstanding results. Our project manager will be onsite in Southeast Missouri.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules. Select and manage subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance. Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Monitor job site safety, compliance, and quality assurance. Prepare reports, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of proven experience in construction project management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, budgeting, scheduling, and safety regulations.
