Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Production Manager to lead our roofing, siding, and gutter installation projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on field leadership role with strong career growth potential. You’ll oversee residential exterior restoration projects (insurance and retail), manage subcontractor coordination, and ensure high-quality, on-time installations. Who This Role Is For This role is perfect for you if: You’ve managed roof or siding crews and know how to keep jobs running smoothly You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems in the field You’re highly organized and care about doing things right the first time You want to grow into a senior leadership role in the roofing industry Key Responsibilities Manage daily production for roofing, siding, and gutter installations Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Perform on-site quality control and safety checks Maintain clear communication between office, crews, and customers Support the sales team with inspections, install planning, and materials management Ensure jobs meet building codes, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards Track job costs, photos, and project status using JobNimbus and CompanyCam Resolve field issues promptly and professionally Conduct walk-throughs, repair diagnostics, and punch list completions Occasionally assist with emergency tarping or in-house repairs Eligible to earn commission on material upgrades, warranties, and expanded work to be completed

What We Offer Base Salary:

$40,000-$50,000 Depending on Experience, paid weekly Bonuses & Commission Opportunities on installs, upgrades, and customer reviews
