https://rosetteforeverhomes.com/ The Construction Manager is responsible for the successful execution of field operations across all active projects. You’ll oversee Site Supervisors and Lead Carpenters, ensure schedule and budget alignment, support recruiting and training, and serve as a key advisor to ownership. You’ll be instrumental in systemizing our growth while maintaining the high-quality standards our clients expect. Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day performance of Site Supervisors and Lead Carpenters Ensure jobs are on schedule, within budget, and meeting Rosette’s quality standards Resolve production delays, quality concerns, and labor bottlenecks proactively Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of field staff Conduct site visits to mentor and coach team members Lead weekly production meetings and communicate expectations clearly Implement and optimize project workflows, safety standards, and reporting tools Ensure company policies and field protocols are consistently followed Help identify and roll out new systems and tools for field management Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Ownership, and Design team Ensure field updates are relayed accurately to client-facing roles Step in on escalated job site issues when needed Qualifications 7 or more years in residential construction, including team leadership Proven ability to manage people and processes across multiple job sites Strong knowledge of remodeling, including structural and finish work Experience with job costing, scheduling, and resource management Familiarity with project management software (JobTread preferred) High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Salary and Benefits Full time position Competitive salary depending on experience Paid vacation (based on tenure and performance) Paid major holidays Medical and dental insurance Company vehicle and fuel Paid training opportunities Paid volunteer days Rosette Forever Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
