Commercial Construction Lead Project Manager (St. Louis, MO)

Louis-based General Contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager who can lead Healthcare construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, offices, clinics in background. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager in St. Louis, MO to develop into their own role and reach your career goals!
Qualifications for
Lead Project Manager:
7+ years of experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
Projects of $10MM or more desirable
Stable work history
Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will be also highly considered)
Responsibilities of Lead Project Manager:
Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
