https://rosetteforeverhomes.com/ The Site Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects. You’ll oversee job sites, manage schedules and trade partners, maintain quality standards, and serve as a trusted point of contact for homeowners. This is a hands-on position for a skilled builder who knows how to get things done and keep everyone aligned. Responsibilities Manage daily on-site operations across multiple residential remodels Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and labor assignments Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Inspect work to ensure craftsmanship and compliance with local codes Enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements Complete final walkthroughs and punch lists with clients Log daily job site activity using the JobTread app Upload relevant documentation and updates before leaving each site Maintain ongoing communication with the Construction Coordinator and Project Manager Provide project updates to owners and clients as needed Ensure proper use of PPE by all team members Identify and mitigate job site hazards Maintain all tools and equipment in safe working order Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in residential construction supervision or advanced carpentry Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and local building codes Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal administrative support Skilled in most areas of carpentry High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus) Valid driver’s license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable with digital scheduling and job site apps Salary & Benefits Full time position Competitive salary based on experience Paid vacation (initial amount determined based on experience) Paid major holidays Medical and dental insurance Company vehicle and fuel Paid training opportunities Paid volunteer days Rosette Forever Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
