Responsibilities Prepare, distribute, and trackRFIs Distribute and track construction bulletins, RFPs, or otherchange documentation Post addenda or other changes to plans andspecifications In collaboration with a Superintendent, create andupdate detailed project schedules, plus keep project stakeholdersinformed throughout all construction phases as work progress Managecloseout activities, including the distribution and tracking ofpunch lists, change orders, contracts, permits, and owner-occupancydetails Facilitate effective project meetings, plus prepare, anddistribute agendas and meeting notes Proactively manage procurementlogs and submittal processes Review shop drawings and samplesSchedule, prepare and facilitate meetings Prepare and managecontracts, permits, and approvals Qualifications Bachelor’s degreesin Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or relatedfield preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications orequivalent experience will also be considered.
