Qualifications
Degree in Construction Manager, Civil Engineering, Business or related field
5 years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects
Knowledge of building codes/inspection requirements
Experience with budget estimating and project scheduling
Experience with Blue Beam, MS Project, Excel
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Take initiative and seek responsibility
Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
