• Charlotte,you’ll play a key role in project delivery and team success by: KeyResponsibilities Lead all preconstruction activities includingbudgeting, conceptual estimating, and detailed takeoffs forrestoration and remediation projects Collaborate with ownership,project managers, and clients during early project phases to definescope, schedule, and cost Manage and mentor preconstruction andestimating staff, ensuring consistent processes and accuratedeliverables Analyze drawings, specifications, and otherdocumentation to prepare comprehensive estimates Solicit andevaluate subcontractor bids and vendor pricing Maintain andleverage historical cost data for future projects Develop scopes ofwork and participate in contract negotiations as needed Supportbusiness development efforts through proposal preparation andclient presentations Ensure estimates are aligned with companymargin goals and project objectives Stay current on industrytrends, pricing, and best practices in restoration andinsurance-related construction Profile The successful Director ofPreconstruction•Top Restoration GC•Charlotte should have thefollowing qualifications:

Experience :

8 years of experience as aPrecon Manager or Estimator, working on multifamily and/orcommercial construction or restoration projects.

Education :

BS inConstruction Management or a related field (preferred, notrequired).

Tech-Savvy :

Familiarity with construction software.

Motivated :
