What you will do:

Multi-Family New Construction Projects
Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style
Manage projects from start to finish
Work side by side with Project Management team
Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
Work with clients so projects meet their needs What you need: 5+ years of Superintendent experience
Lead on 1+ Multi-family projects start to finish
High School Diploma Benefits Competitive base ($145,000-$160,000) + 15% Bonus
