Requirements:
5+ years as a construction Superintendent with a focus in Multifamily construction This is a Permanent position with a 300 person General contractor who is primarily focused in multifamily projects. They are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent with a focus in multifamily projects. These projects can range anywhere from $10 million to $100 million.

What You Will Be Doing - Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor Construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc. What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years as a construction Superintendent (Hiring for mid and senior level candidates)
- Focus in Multifamily construction
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
