This remote positions requires travel in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area. To be considered for this position, you must reside in Charlotte, NC or the surrounding area. We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to work as needed to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes and residential construction is preferred. This position will be a work as needed role with no set schedule or guarantee of hours.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required. Deadline and detail oriented. Strong residential construction walkthrough skills. Possess great interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Additional Requirements:

Your own vehicle Clean driving record Work setting: Remote in the Charlotte, NC. You must be able to commute daily to Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area.
