Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Work in a manner aligned with our

6+ years commercial construction leadership experience Willingness to travel Knowledge of construction scheduling Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license (must be insurable) Reliable transportation, punctuality, and reliability Must own basic hand tools, and have the ability to use/operate basic carpentry tools

Essential Job Functions:
