Marine Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Jacksonville, NC 28546 We are a rapidly growing marine construction company looking for talented candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Estimate potential customer project Send quotes with detailed scope of work Coordinate & track CAMA/Building permits for the project Coordinate Material Orders & Deliveries Coordinate directly with field leader or Superintendent on inspections Coordinate with the structural engineer on projects Prepare & review contract documents This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management Knowledgeable of construction processes, methods, and materials Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read/interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
