Superintendent Location:

Raleigh, NC We’re looking for aSuperintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercialconstruction projects in the Raleigh area. This role is key tomanaging site crews, schedules, safety, and quality from start tofinish.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily jobsite activities andsubcontractor performance Maintain project schedule and coordinatetrades Ensure jobsite safety and quality control Conductinspections, meetings, and reporting Collaborate with projectmanagers and field staff

Requirements:
