Job Description:

Looking for an assistant superintendent with ground-upmercial and or industrial experience.
This role would require you to travel to different projects in Southern New Jersey. Being an assistant superintendent, you’ll play a key role in driving construction projects forward while developing the skills and experience to lead projects of your own.
Thispany specializes in light industrial projects including – Warehouse & distribution, cold storage, Food processing, manufacturing, E-Commerce, Mission Critical
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience inmercial/industrial construction
Familiarity with project scheduling and construction documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC or Viewpoint a plus
Strong organizational andmunication skills
A detail-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
