The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Develop project schedules and manage timelines using effective project scheduling techniques. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Prolog for documentation and project management tasks. Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction. Skills Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid. Strong skills in project scheduling, time management, and project coordination. Excellent blueprint reading abilities to interpret technical drawings accurately. Proven experience in construction management with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
