Description TheMultifamily Construction Project Manager will: Establish andmaintain working professional relationships with the project designteam, company field and office personnel, subcontractors, andvendors Lead the preparation of construction documents Administercontracts with owner, subcontractors, and vendors Manage valueengineering efforts Prepare and process all paperwork and documentsto owner, project design team and subcontractors in a timely andcomplete manner Ensure compliance with construction permits Prepareand maintain project schedule and budgets, communicating changes toproject personnel as needed Review, approve, and process drawrequests and payments to suppliers and subcontractors Work withowner in transitioning the project from construction to residentialoperations. Address all project completion and warranty issues andprepare final close-out documentation Manage budget and financialreporting Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence toproject budget. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control(QA/QC) program.
