Description Oversee all construction phases, from site preparationto project handover Lead and coordinate field teams to ensureefficient execution Maintain project schedules, ensuring timelycompletion of milestones Enforce strict safety protocols and upholdquality standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimizeproject delays Foster strong relationships with clients,subcontractors, and vendors Monitor budgets and control costs tostay within financial targets Ensure proper documentation andreporting of project progress Manage subcontractor performance andensure contract compliance Profile Proven experience in managingcommercial construction projects from start to finish Strongleadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-siteteams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especiallywith clients and subcontractors In-depth knowledge of constructionsafety standards, processes, and best practices Strongorganizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectivelyProblem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently andkeep projects on track A solid track record of delivering projectson time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Experiencemanaging subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance Job OfferA competitive salary range of around $900,000 to $120,000 yearly.
