Superintendent | Multifamily – Rochester/South of MSP Position Available In Monroe, New York

Job Description:

Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety,construction, schedule management and quality control on allprojects within the mulitfamily space. In this role you willprovide guidance and leadership to team of assistant projectmanagers and assistant superintendents and work alongside theProject Management team. Client Details Our client is a mid-sizedgeneral contractor based in Rochester, MN. They are most knownaround the industry for promoting their people. The specialize incommercial, education, healthcare, multifamily, office, and retailconstruction with some of the most well known leaders in theconstruction industry at the helm. They are currently going throughstrong, steady growth and are looking for someone to come in tojoin and continue to build on their success. Description Manageday-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimatelymeet or beat project completion date. Directs all field personnelto achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget,with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.

Has knowledge and experience with other trades scope of work.

Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress Maintainjob-site safety, health and cleanliness Daily inspection ofconstruction site to monitor compliance with building and safetycodes, and other applicable regulations. Identify the elements ofproject design and construction likely to produce issues and plancoordination problems prior to beginning construction of theproject.
