Construction Superintendent (part of Impellam Group) 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Medina, NY 14103 Construction Superintendent Medina, NY We’re seeking a hands-on, field-savvy Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on one of our active solar construction sites in Medina, NY. The ideal candidate has experience leading crews as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Project Manager-solar-specific experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the on-site lead for construction activity, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain site documentation and support inspections. Communicate daily progress and updates to project managers.

Qualifications/requirements:

1+ years of experience in a leadership role on a construction site (Solar experience preferred, but not required) Strong background as a Foreman, Construction Supervisor, QA/QC Inspector, or Site PM Tech-savvy and capable of using project tracking tools Familiar with safety standards, site logistics, and construction best practices Techs or Installers with a degree or strong hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply.
