Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ConstructionSuperintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of ourconstruction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring thatprojects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, whilemaintaining the high-quality standards that we are known for.

Description Project Oversight:

Supervise all on-site construction activities, including schedulingsubcontractors, resolving day-to-day issues, and inspecting work toensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Team Coordination:

Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensureproject progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

ClientRelations:

Establish and maintain relationships with clients,proactively communicating deadlines, expectations, and criticalissues.

Safety Management:

Promote and enforce the company’s safetyprogram to achieve a safe and injury-free jobsite.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standardsand address any deficiencies promptly.

Documentation:

Maintainaccurate daily reports of job progress, deficiencies, and issuesthat arise.

Compliance:

Coordinate and arrange for permits andrequired inspections as work progresses. Profile 10 years in aConstruction Superintendent role (high-end residential experienceis a plus). As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the drivingforce on the job site, responsible for ensuring top-tier quality,safety, and efficiency. You’ll lead from the front, orchestratingprojects valued at $10-20M Strong organizational, communication,and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workloadeffectively. Experience with Procore or similar constructionmanagement software is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; MS Projectis a plus.
