It was the only industry that flourishedduring the crash in ’08 because they are doing federal funded work.•Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48hours of application• Description The Project Manager isresponsible for: Running projects from start through completion ontime & within budget Responsible for scheduling & projectfinancials currently Leading/Taking ownership of the project theyare on Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationshipswith all individuals involved in the project Upholding companyimage / professionalism Must be able to commutable to project sitesthroughout Rhode Island Profile The right Project Manager has thefollowing qualifications: Strong background in ground-up commercialwork along the lines of (Healthcare, public, K-12, Higher-Ed) Verycomfortable managing projects $15M-$30M start to finish 5 years ofProject Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor(required) Ability to implement Lean construction principlesThorough understanding of contract documents, drawings,specifications, construction means and method, materials, surveymethods & overall construction planning and cost control B.S.and/or M.S. degree in engineering or construction managementComputer skill & familiarity with construction softwares P6, JDEdwards, Textura, BIM 360 Field – a plus
