Director of Preconstruction – Nashville, TN 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN Oversee projects upwards of $100 million Specialize in commercial based projects (ground-up work) on behalf of a variety of clients Manage relationships with high profile clients across Nashville Communicate effectively with project managers in regard to project costs and scheduling needs Have the capacity to write proposals Establish relationship with project lead and represent company/project from the front. Enhance client, developer, architect, engineer and subcontractor relationships. Lead, develop and manage preconstruction staff, including completing performance evaluations. Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience 10+ years experience in the construction industry in the estimating or preconstruction department Willing to work with other individuals and learn from strong Preconstruction professionals Have a general knowledge of the Nashville construction market.
