Responsibilities:

Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction Set the standard on-site by actively performing all phases of interior home remodeling, including: demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC work, carpentry, tile setting, and waterproofing Safely lift and carry heavy materials, consistently following best practices in job site safety Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites at all times to ensure a productive work environment and positive client impressions Support project success by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of residential home remodeling Own a full set of professional-grade tools Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic Clean driving record with proven dependability Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly In-depth knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities Skilled in team leadership and effective crew communication Committed to maintaining a safe work environment with strong knowledge of job site safety protocols Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor Certification in the Schluter waterproofing system is a strong plus Our client is seeking a Lead Remodeler to oversee and work alongside remodeling crews throughout the Nashville metropolitan area.
