Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily construction operations, manage crews, maintain project quality, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving and respected company.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all construction projects from start to finish. Manage and support foremen, crew leaders, and labor teams. Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer service. Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during construction. Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Conduct regular site visits and quality control inspections. Drive continuous improvement in operations and processes.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in pool, landscape, hardscape, or outdoor living construction. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and scheduling. Ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and designs. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing high-end residential outdoor living projects. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
