Drilling Fluids Specialist (Offshore)•178984 Raise Maurice, LA We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Fluids Specialist (Drilling & Completion) to their team.
Pay Rate:
$50.00•$60.00/hour on W2, depending on experience
Work Type:
Offshore•Maurice, LA 70555
Shift Details:
14 days on/14 days off, 12 hours days offshore, contractor will be required to travel to the dock. (Possibility to be 7on/7off)
Travel:
If you are required to work in an oilfield basin away from your “home” location, you will be provided Per Diem and mileage on travel and reimbursable with receipt.
Duration:
9-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details:
Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required
Job Overview:
The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Responsible for service delivery execution. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience (5 years for Junior level, 10 years for Senior level) Recognized Drilling and Completion School Safeland and TWIC certifications are required Medical background and knowledge of QHS and HS requirements are preferred VEVRAA Federal Contractor•priority referral of Protected Veterans requested.
