Home Remodeling Cavi Corp Randleman, NC 27317 Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Home Remodeling Technician to join our team, specializing in residential restoration and remodeling. Ideal candidates are well-rounded professionals with hands-on experience across multiple trades, capable of completing high-quality interior and exterior remodels with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform reconstruction and remodeling of residential interiors Execute framing, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior painting Install flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood, etc.) with precision and care Set tile for showers, backsplashes, and floors including grouting and sealing Complete finish carpentry tasks including trim, baseboards, doors, and cabinetry Perform basic plumbing (e.g., fixture installation, supply line reconnection) Perform basic electrical tasks (e.g., outlet and switch replacement, light fixture installation) Maintain a clean and organized work site and ensure all tasks meet safety and building codes Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure expectations are met Assist in project planning by identifying material needs or potential delays Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or similar trades Proficiency in at least four or more of the following areas: drywall, painting, framing, carpentry, flooring, tile work, basic plumbing, basic electrical Ability to read and follow work scopes, blueprints, and floor plans Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to stay out of town overnight (in NC) on a rotating basis Preferred Qualifications Experience working on insurance-funded rebuild projects Familiarity with local building codes and permit requirements OSHA 10 or 30 certification Compensation $20-30/hr DOE Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunities for overtime and advancement Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
